Refund policy

30-day refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about a refund. This policy applies to orders delivered to the United States and Canada, including items purchased at a discount.

When you can request a refund

  • If the item is not right for you: you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind requests, the item must be unused and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging.
  • If the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect: please contact us as soon as you discover the issue, within 30 days of delivery. The unused-item requirement does not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to request a refund

Email support@clevora.store with your order number or proof of purchase and a description of the reason for your request. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include clear photos of the item and, where relevant, its packaging.

We review each request to verify the purchase and eligibility under this policy. We may ask for additional relevant information and will notify you whether your request has been approved. Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. Duplicate refund requests for the same item and fraudulent claims are not eligible.

After your request is approved

We will confirm our decision and any next steps by email. Please contact us before taking any action.

Refund payment and timing

An approved refund covers the amount paid for the eligible item and is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, contact support@clevora.store.

Exchanges and exceptions

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may place a new order. Gift cards are not refundable under this voluntary policy.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
